Technical communicator/Information developer
The organisations’ Documentation and Translation department is responsible for the development of information and documentation for the latest products (hardware, software and services). The department consits of an international group of professional technical communicators located on multiple sites. The department is constantly seeking for advanced and innovative ways to develop documentation.
The broad range encompasses manuals, online helps, launch kits, user interface strings and quick reference cards.
In order to be successful the participation in multi disciplinary teams is required and constant communication with stakeholders is needed.
Documentation is all text, on paper, on sites as well as on the equipment (printers) itself, and must be clear and understandable to end-users. Therefore a candidate must me able to write on a not technical manner.
The candidate has to make a table of content, where he describes format and content.
Then he or she has to write all content, and after a review he or she has to deliver all output to the graphical department.
Very good in understanding and writing English.
A good writer, with experience in writing of documentation for end-users. Not a technical write!
A clear understanding of technology.
