Our client is migrating several service management tools into 1 platform (ServiceNOW).
- Attending weekly SME and Champions calls to support Q&A on training
- Reviewing training materials (including PPTs, Knowledge Articles, and testing of lab exercises)
- On-going maintenance of the SharePoint Site
- Support update of Learning Tutorials with video scripts and screenshots
- Booking of training sessions with Skype and/or conference tools
- investigation, Creation, and support of in-tool ServiceNow Training (Guided Tours)
- Admin support for training sessions (attending calls, invites etc)
- Admin Support of the ServiceNow Training env (e.g. access, profiles, labs, reporting)
- Maintenance of master training completion report
- Yammer Coverage & Support
- ServiceNow Email Channel Coverage & Support

Functie eisen

Experience with ServiceNow Implementations and/or functionality
o Ability to Work independently and deliver
o Ability to work in fast paced environment across time zones and across businesses
